The bigmouthmedia processes

Stage 1 :: Proposal

The first thing we will do after you have contacted us is look at your site or your site plan and provide a proposal of what we feel would be the best way forward for optimisation of your site. Optimisation is the process of implementing coding and overcoming limitations to achieve the best possible listings for your site.

Stage 2 :: Analysis

When you give us the green light on your campaign, we will ask you to fill in a brief questionnaire, which gives us a clear indication of the goals of your site, and of your expectations. This is important to us as we pride ourselves on both achieving excellent results, and of managing clients expectations, so that you are aware of the realistic achievements that are possible.

Once we have received your brief, we will undertake a thorough, detailed analysis of your site and your target market. This will include a full technical appraisal of the site, a thorough scientific keyword analysis, an in-depth look at your competitors and a series of recommendations that will help to improve the marketability of your site. We might ask for commitment from your IT representatives, or suggest you complement your Search Engine Optimisation with pay-for-placement activity (paying for listings on certain search properties such as overture.com).

We will also provide you with a schedule, indicating the timescales that will be appropriate to your campaign.

Stage 3 :: Development

Once you have, received and approved the analysis documents, and implemented any necessary recommendations that might have been agreed, we will develop creatives (the text that we submit to editors) and meta-tags (the coding that spider-based search engines will read). These will be sent to you for approval.

Stage 4 :: Submission

Once you have approved the creatives and meta-tags, we will begin the manual submission process in line with the schedule that was laid out at the analysis stage.

Stage 5 :: Tracking

You will be sent Gnasher position tracking reports every month. This displays your rank, against your chosen keywords, in the target engines. Our softwear development team are currently adding the finishing touches to allow us to offer Gnasher tracking online, 24 hours a day, as part of the SEO service.
